The Struggles In Losing Weight For Health and Aesthetics

I've started off my dieting and exercising at 111 kilograms and it was due to the time that I fainted when I was cycling uphill. Got to the doctor and found out that I had high-blood pressure and blood sugar that is at the edge almost exceeding the limit. That's when I started to finally start losing weight and never go fat back again as it had almost killed me.

I'm not really in a hurry to reduce all my fat but as long as I get to reduce my fat percent in the long run, that'll be very okay. The workout that started loosing my weight was dumbbells. I've just researched what exercises were available to execute using dumbbells and it did work. It lost me a few kilograms but what happened was I was not knowledgeable when it comes to fitness. I ended up basing my exercises on reps and not basing on dieting with calorie deficit / calorie counting paired with exercise intensity. What happened was my body went sore every time after finishing the session.

What became my main routine is to go cycling when there is free time. Why go cycling rather than go to the gym?

There are so many benefits to cycling outdoors rather than spinning:

1) Get to tour around Cebu City and other cities and possibly the whole Cebu Island.
2) Go for a fun on a road-trip (may get you hotheaded of other vehicles on the street).
3) Sightseeing on some tourist spots.
4) Meeting new people. You get to when go for a pitstop to replenish your burned Calories.
5) Memorize every nook and cranny in your cycling course.

This is how my body looks like before starting the cycling lifestyle.

Starting the diet was a challenge. You always get tempted to eat based on your old dieting plan. However, I got used to it. This dieting plan won't be permanent anyway. So when the time comes that my target weight and body fat percent will be achieved, I will consume the right amount of calories and above maintenance calories it's because cycling would still burn the calories (deficit). I'd spend money on food than gas for machines.

Took me a few month to achieve this! I don't want to revert back to being fat! I hate being fat because it brings lots of disease and I want to live longer. Vowed to myself that I'll keep dropping my weight until I've reached the right fat percent for my height and age. Until then, I'll continue my cycling hobby as a way to enjoy my free time and burn the fat.

There are still other spaces that have not been occupied. It's be cool to see another time what stores will be waiting for me.

Pretty much excited on the opening of this new food hub to fill my belly every time I need to go find a place to eat and possibly socialize. My life is kinda getting boring with the "blogger lifestyle" so going outdoors is my better option. This place is not yet fully developed or finished and the place is only lively at night.

Out of all the food stalls,...Sug-Burger station is my choice.

Out of all the food stalls open, the one I chose is this burger joint called Sug-Burger Station. They have very nice staff and the reason why I chose their place is that they were the first ones who gave me that first impression of a happy place and they made me feel comfortable.

There's this spicy hotdog that's become my favorite.

What kind of dog breed that spit fire?  It's a a FIRE DOG! Ba Dum Tss. It's also my favorite in their menu and the first one I've ever ordered. I'll be back for more in the future to try and test their other dishes.

At first I thought the spicy flavor was from the ketchup but I was mistaken. It's actually from the peppers as part of the recipe of the Firedog. First bite was already spicy and you really need that pepsi beside you.

This adobo is what they call as Krispy Pork Maskara on their menu.

You better have a side dish to mitigate the spicy flavor in your mouth after eating the hotdog. I never did squeeze the chili 'cause it's gonna get hotter again. I was already sweating and pepsi cola isn't enough. Though it was spicy and hot but it sure was very delicious and I'm very sure that I'll be coming back for more in Sug-Burger Station but better be at night because that's the time frame when the venue is crowded.

Hola amigos, como estas! This is me again and there is an update about my beard...after I've asked for a question to my followers if I should grow a beard or not. Most of you said no but I've decided to grow a beard as this is a part of me. I'll grow it as long as I can and it must look fashionable and will push through with the haircut and hair dye color will be a surprise. We all know the Filipinos will think that I'm muslim because of my beard but no...it's for fashion. Mobile Player Unknown's Battlegrounds Is The Best Smartphone Game

Finally, PUBG Mobile is here to play for FREE!

I was really excited when Tencent announced that they are going to release a mobile version of Player Unknown's Battlegrounds and it is Free-to-Play! I've always wanted to play it but can't because my current laptop is old and the system requirements needed to play PUBG can't even fit the minimum requirements. So, I've decided to take it for a spin on my Samsung S8+. The game size is about 825 MB.

Gameplay Was Splendid

First time playing and was shaking. I get shaky hands when there is something new for me to try. Being really excited to play and only learning about the game from watching Youtube videos made by PUBG gamers, directly I queued to play.

My game graphics was set to medium. Even my phone isn't that powerful when it comes to graphics. Playing shooters in your phone is weird. It's weird if you haven't played shooters in console. I think it's similar to playing in console 'cause I'm not a console gamer but a PC gamer.

The first try, I wasn't able to win but at the 2nd try was the "Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner!".  I'm not expecting much about the game as it's repetitive and the main goal is to get to win 1st place. Though there will be progression awards that are daily and news that there will be in-game skins for weapons. Of course, the developers need money to maintain the game on its pristine.

Learning Nihongo Characters One At A Time

Nihongo is a wonderful language.

One of my favorite things to learn is the Japanese language. It's because I watch anime and hoping to adapt Nihongo in the future so there won't be any need to read the subtitles. One of my chosen travel destinations will be Japan. It would be better to learn some Japanese first before traveling there. I think it would make the Japanese people comfortable to be able to speak to them in a bit of Japanese. I've memorized the vowels a,e,i,o,u of Hiragana alphabet. I'll just take it slow until I memorize every single one of them.
